Time Magazine Healthy Eating
Do you think that the media projects a healthy body image?
I have heard from way too many people when they found out that I was a model, that models and actresses send out unhealthy body images to teenagers because they are required to be skinny most of the time. ( there are plenty of actresses that are not thin) and that it promotes eating disorders to be so skinny and be in magazines or on T.V. and blah blah blah. What do you think?
healthy is in. so what if you are skinny. you live longer if you can starve a little. the media is always interested in getting you to spend money. they will follow the money trail and go after the most interesting subjects. if you listen to them, then they will eventually make money. when you get older then you can eat as much as you want. who cares. they just want you to be your best and that they need to make money as fast as possible as what everyone else is doing. you are talking to idiots. don’t listen to them.
