If you are considered unhealthy and can not exercise and eat the right foods, guess what? You will become that and never above that self-fulfilling prophecy. Another also, if you can believe that you can change your exercise habits and eating, you will be successful in losing weight.
Maybe you grew up with thoughts like "I'm still in fat" or "I do not like."
