Seventeen Magazine Healthy Snacks
how was my diet today? i am looking for opinions?
so heres what i ate:
breakfast- 1 cup kashi and 1/2 cup life cereal, 1 cup soymilk, and 1/2 cup strawberries
snack- 100 calorie almonds
lunch- fruit salad, flax wrap with turkey
snack- clifKIDZ bar and a bit of fruit
dinner- 2 tacos (organic shells, chicken, fresh salsa, lettuce), and a salad (spritzer dressing- 15 cals)
dessert- idk yet, probably a smoothie
for exercise i ran 2 miles, 100 crunches, and seventeen magazine workout
was it healthy?
