Radnor — ID theft: Police arrested and charged Marcus Cummings, 31, of West Harlem, N.Y., with attempted theft by deception, retail theft, ID theft and related charges June 15 at 6:02 p.m. at the Micro Center on Lancaster Avenue in St. Davids.
