How to make a magazine for free online?

I have an idea for a future magazine but I don’t know where to start with the layout and talent. does anyone know where to find templates for magazines and free talent like athletes, models, singers and etc?

good luck cuz iv been studying all week and cant find anythingeven realted to it. uniflip i guess is an option. joomla iv never tried but heard its ok…
