Vince McMahon has ruined the fight to take all the realism of it?
I mean, become "sports entertainment? I could not kayfabe even read the "fight magazines (PWI Wrestling Inland, The Fighter, etc) more because everything is" kayfabe "is ruined me. In fact, I looked briefly through one of these magazines recently and seem to have abandoned the approach kayfabe. Maybe the younger fans who never saw the AWA Mid-South, World Class, Georgia, Atlantic Coast, Southeastern territories miles etc, are not able to relate to this issue, but the fight was so different then. It one that probably was not as good at the time that the fight was not common, as it is today, the fight fans often come from friends coast to love something that was "false." But perhaps the fight was not intended to be dominant. Maybe that's what ruined. I do not know, just a rant … continue.
Not exactly Vince McMahon in itself same, but the explosion and the great public exposure for the Monday Night Wars, the Internet and spoiler sites and the general realization that fighting is wrong well enough to effectively kill kayfabe contributed to many fans. And sometimes I wonder if the loss of kayfabe is good or bad. Because, first, allows better conversation and analyzation of matches and wrestlers and All That Jazz. On the other hand, watching wrestling jis much more enjoyable when you do not have to think about when you only I enjoy this.
