What is the best graphic design software to use if I have a PC and not a MAC?
I want to buy a graphic design software with a tutorial so you can learn to do logos, magazine covers, etc. Some of the graphic design software is very expensive – as thousands of people. I really dont know what was best. I have an old version of Corel Draw. I think it's 6.0 or something, but I never learned to use it. I also used to have Illustrator and Quark, but I have very old versions. I can not afford to buy MAC at this time. I just bought a new computer with Microsoft Vista. What design software do you recommend?

The latest version of Adobe Illustrator CS3 (Creative Suite 3) and make a version for Windows. Go to Adobe's website for pricing and maybe even get a demo version for download.
