I saw this bracelet style strap locks for it with a key hanging there, no one knows who did this?

I saw an ad for this fixed bracelet when I was in my hair salon last summer and now I can not remember who did it and / or sell. Was it a strap-style bracelet for women and a pendant as a lock for the man. It's in a Cosmo or other girly magazines. Please help, I looked everywhere!

It is produced by Gucci, who saw and screwdriver for humans.
