Would you ever consider?
Starting to day i am gonna start my own made up diet and fitness challenge. I am gonna make make foods from recipes i got in magazines and healthy stuff i know how to make and that i like. I am gonna exercise for 30 minutes or more a day. I am really trying to lose 10 pounds in the next four weeks. Would you ever consider making up your own challenge? Please tell!!!
Yeah its a great idea. Most people pay money for people to tell them to do the same thing that you are going to do. Just make sure and stick with it and you will see great results.
