Fashion Magazine Black Men
I want to know the reason african american men dont have a magazine that focus on the positive side?
of the african american male. I go tothe news stand and see GQ,Esquire, Men’s Health. but when i look for something I can identify with,all i get is Black Man and KING. There is more to my life thanjust a half naked sister on the front cover. Ebony is positive,no doubt, but what about black fashion,wall street movers and shakers in Armani suits,fatherhood,fashion,spirituality,etc. Wher can I find that kind of periodical?

Topics featured in each issue include Business, Finance, Travel, Men’s Grooming, Celebrity Women, Sports News, Sports Profiles, Community Affairs, General News, Arts and Entertainment, Regular columns inlcude “Men’s Style”, “The Ladies Room”, “Food and Spirits”, “Shop Talk”, “Auto Zone”, “Health News”, “Events”, “Get Fit”. Readers enjoy intriguing articles on leaders and celebrities in the African-American community. Intriguing editorial and stories inform of news in the political and social arena affecting African-Americans. Black Men is for mature adults as many pages contain seductive photos of women, many of whom are known celebrities, actresses, and music artists. Readers might also enjoy XXL, King, Vibe, and Maxim. You are correct that there are not many positive magazines available for black men. Have you also tried the business magazine (I forgot the name of the editor -but it’s positive). This might be something for you to consider as a spring board for your own possible career. It’s these kinds of questions that have been the springboard for many new possibilities out there.
